Toronto Taste Delivers

For the third year, the ROM played host to Toronto's most anticipated culinary event, Toronto Taste, presented by The Daniels Corporation. The City’s finest restaurants donated their food; the chefs, their expertise, the beverage purveyors, their product, to raise funds for Second Harvest.

Now in its 22^nd year, Toronto Taste is in a class of its own. Pairing cuisine and compassion as it raises hundreds of thousands of dollars through ticket sales, a live auction, a silent auction and a fine wine auction.

This year we were thrilled to have, as hosts, Food Network's Bob Blumer and Food Network Chef and recording artist Roger Mooking. Some 1,450 guests enjoyed bite-sized creations from 60 fine restaurants and beverages from over 30 top vintners and brewers.

This sold-out fundraising event could not have been possible without some very dedicated and passionate companies and individuals who made it all possible. Thank you to our sponsors, our participants, our Toronto Taste Committee members, our army of volunteers and our guests.

We are projecting to net over $335,000 which will enable Second Harvest to rescue and deliver enough excess food to provide over 670,000 meals for those who are hungry in our city. Thanks to everyone who supported us at Toronto Taste!
