Harvest Kitchens are our culinary skills training programs that use rescued food to provide food skills training to adults and youth with barriers to employment.
In fiscal year 2018, more than 49,000 individuals were able to access healthy, nutritious and heart-warming meals because of the Harvest Kitchen program, from children and youth in after-school programs, to young mothers in shelters, to individuals living with mental health and addictions challenges.
