- Review the Event Day Schedule: Find your team from the event schedule and your designated Wave and Heat time.
- Team Signs/Banners: Show that team spirit! Don’t have time to make one in advance? Our Cheer Station will have everything necessary to show your team pride!
- The Waiver: It is mandatory for all team members to submit our liability waiver before May 15. Click the button below to complete the waiver.
Event Day Schedule
All teams will be assigned a heat number upon registration.
Safety Guidelines
Dress Appropriately
Closed-toed shoes with good grip and comfortable athletic wear are recommended. Avoid loose clothing such as scarves, ties or long necklaces.
Stay Hydrated
A City of Toronto Water Truck will be located onsite throughout the duration of the event.
Warm-Up
Teams will take part in a mandatory warm-up session as part of the Opening Ceremonies to warm-up their muscles and prevent injury. Please refer to the Event Day Schedule for exact times.
Directions & Parking
Parking can be found underground at 110 Queen St W, M5H 2N1 (directly across from the Sheraton Centre).
The closest subway station is Osgoode. Exit the station and walk less than one block east towards Bay Street. The primary entrance will be on your left/north side of the street before you reach Bay Street.
All participants must register upon arrival.
